Overhead Crane End Carriage
Description:
The end carriages (end truck) is an important component of an overhead crane system. It supports and moves the bridge girder(s) along the runway beams, enabling the crane to travel horizontally across the working area. The end carriages can be for a single girder crane or a double girder crane.

Features:

Suitable for both single-girder and double-girder bridge cranes.

The crane girder can be mounted and connected to the end carriage beam either by welding or high-strength bolts. Pre-drilled bolt holes are provided for convenient installation.

Depending on the wheel load, various wheel sizes (diameters 150–500 mm) can be equipped. The wheels feature excellent wear resistance for long service life.

The drive system uses a soft-start motor for smooth, safe, and reliable operation. A gear motor drive option is also available.
