Floor Standing Jib Crane

Description:

​This floor standing jib crane is a lightweight workstation lifting equipment developed to adapt to modern production. It consists of a column, a slewing arm/jib, a slewing drive device, and an electric hoist (chain hoist or wire rope hoist). The lower end of the column is fixed to a concrete foundation with anchor bolts. It features 360° rotation, a load capacity of 1-5 tons, small footprint, light weight, large span, large lifting capacity, and economic practicality.

Installation Guide:

  1. Column installation: Fit the column into the inner ring of the base plate. Weld the base plate and column together on both sides of the base plate. Then weld several reinforcing plates to the base plate and column to complete the installation of the cantilever column base plate.

  2. End plate and waist ring rail installation: After adjusting the column crane shaft to the end plate, weld it in place to ensure the shaft's verticality. After connecting the wiring plate, place the column and weld it in place according to the drawing dimensions. Fit the waist ring rail into the column, adjust its position according to the drawing dimensions, and then weld it in place to complete the installation.

  3. Slewing sleeve installation: According to the drawing dimensions, weld the bearing housing and slewing sleeve together using connecting plates. Press in the self-aligning roller bearing, and then seal the left side of the slewing sleeve with a bearing pressure plate. The right side of the rotating cylinder has a sealing plate connected by bolts. During on-site installation, remove the sealing plate and install the current collector, etc., inside the slewing sleeve. After the internal components of the cantilever rotating sleeve are installed, install the sealing plate to complete the installation.

  4. Bracket Installation: Weld the shaft to the motor mounting plate, install the main wheel and auxiliary wheel, and then weld and fix the square tube, trapezoidal plate, and steel plate according to the drawing dimensions. Weld the bracket to the cantilever and complete the installation according to the drawing dimensions.

  5. On-site Installation of the Column Jib Crane: Remove the round nut on the column, fix the cantilever to the column through the rotating shaft and waist ring rail, then install the round nut inside the rotating device onto the rotating shaft, and then install the slip ring and locking polyurethane nut in sequence. The ring cable passes through the inside of the column, exits through the central hole of the rotating shaft, and enters the slip ring rotating device with power. A slip ring bracket and carbon brush are installed, and the end of the carbon brush is connected to the cable, which is led from the middle of the rotating device to the electrical control cabinet. Through the contactor switch in the electrical control cabinet, connect the cable to the rotating device's running motor and the lifting electric hoist. Installation is complete.
