  • Advanced welding:

    • The steel plate material is Q355-B

    • The vertical deflection is L/1000;

    • All steel plates are pre-treated with shot blasting to meet the Sa2.5 standard;

End Carriage:

  • End carriage processing technology
    The end carriage adopts welded box beam or rectangular steel pipe as the body structure beam. After welding, the structural flaw detection is carried out. After the flaw detection meets the standard, the end truck is processed by boring and milling machine. The processing parts include all the installation surfaces. The connection between the wheel set and the end beam is processed and matched, with high assembly precision.
