Multipole Tubular Conductor Rail

Description:

The multipole tubular conductor rail is a compact conductor bar system housed inside a rigid, tubular insulating enclosure, containing multiple copper or aluminum conductors arranged in parallel. It allows for the safe and efficient transmission of electrical power to moving equipment such as overhead crane, gantry crane, Monorail Systems, Port Cranes (RTG/STS), Assembly Lines, etc.

Features:

  • Multipole Design

    • Several conductors (e.g., 4–7 poles) in one enclosure for 3-phase power, ground, and optional control signals.

  • Tubular Housing

    • PVC or fiberglass-reinforced plastic tube that offers insulation and protection.

  • Compact & Enclosed

    • Reduces the risk of electric shock and damage from dust, water, and physical contact.

  • Current Rating

    • Typically ranges from 40A to 200A or more, depending on system design.

  • Voltage Range

    • Usually supports 380V–690V AC. Custom voltage levels possible.

  • Collector Trolleys

    • Sliding shoes or carbon brushes connect moving machinery to the conductors.

  • Corrosion Resistant

    • Suitable for outdoor, marine, or dusty/industrial environments.
