Current Collector
Description:
Crane current collectors are designed to transfer electrical power from conductors to crane systems. They come in various types, including single-pole, multi-pole, and rigid-body designs. These collectors are compatible with different conductor systems, such as U-shape conductor rails, seamless conductor rails, enclosed tube-type conductors, and copper head conductors.

For Seamless Conductor System:
-
This is the most commonly used current collector for overhead and gantry cranes. It consists of a carbon brush, power cable, arm, spring, and mounting bracket.
-
Designed for C, H, and U-type conductor rails, these collectors are available in both single-pole and multi-pole configurations, with current ratings of 100A, 150A, 200A, 250A, 500A, 800A, and 1200A.

For Enclosure Tube Type Rail:
These current collectors are designed for enclosed tube-type conductor rails and are available in configurations from 3 poles up to 16 poles. Key features include high copper content for excellent conductivity, nylon ball bearing wheels for smooth operation, and a reinforced thickened shell for durability.
We offer a wide range of models, including:
-
Large three-pole (double brush, standard, turning, and big-head double brush)
-
High- and low-foot types (turning and standard)
-
Multi-pole busbar collectors (ordinary four-pole, high- and low-foot four-pole, general four-pole ZJG)
-
Small double brush types
-
Five-pole, four-pole double cover double hole, six-pole turning, small and large seven-pole, eight-pole turning, ten-pole, and sixteen-pole versions
-
Dustproof double brush and large four-pole types
-
Four-wire socket multi-pole busbar collectors

For Copper Head Conductor Rails:
Rigid Current Collectors & Copperhead Steel Body Conductors
Rigid Current Collectors
The rigid current collector consists of two main components:
-
A mechanical tension device
-
A collector brush that maintains direct sliding contact with the conductor rail
This type of collector is a key device for side-contact power collection. The collector brush transfers electrical energy directly from the conductor rail to the electrical consumers, enabling reliable mobile power supply. Available current ratings include 300A, 400A, 500A, 700A, 900A, 1000A, 1300A, and 1900A.
Copperhead Steel Body Conductors
The copperhead steel body conductor system is composed of copper rails, rail brackets, insulator components, and external collectors. It features high current capacity, excellent temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance, making it widely used in industries such as metallurgy, shipbuilding, and ports.
